Breaking The FILIBUSTER
Eighteen Republicans supported moving to a final vote, joining 53
Democrats. The Republicans who supported ending the Hagel
filibuster can be fouund via the American Conservative at the roll call blog.
Just four Republicans crossed the political divide to back Hagel as he won a 58 to 41 vote in
America's upper chamber. They were Thad Cochran of Mississippi, Mike
Johanns of Nebraska, Richard Shelby from Alabama and Rand Paul from Kentucky.

Peter Weber has a collection of what people thought about this.
