Ron Paul: Stand Up For Gibson Guitar And Michelle Obama

In a speech to supporters at the Ames strawpoll Ron Paul said 00:50:
"another significant part of a revolution is music, if you don't have the music the spirit isn't there, and when the music is original it's even more fantastic"
Presidential candidate Ron Paul, the respected gentleman from Texas, has the golden opportunity to back up these words, reinforce his reputation as a galant intellectual by defending first lady Michelle Obama and her right to buy a Gibson Guitar.

August 24 Gibson Guitar was raided by armed federal marshals that came in, evacuated the factory, shut down production, sent the employees (1200 jobs are on the line) home and confiscated wood.

At the Republican Leadership Conference Ron Paul reiterated his defense for raw milk freedom. It would only be logical for him to now take a strong stand in the guitar war against Gibson Guitar Corp. and defend those, like Michele Obama, that :
" “knowingly” violate The Lacey Act."
Michelle Obama could be subject to a $250,000 fine and up to five years in prison. If she “unknowingly” violated The Lacey Act, the penalties are reduced to $100,000 and one year in prison".

Ironically the guitar sealed a frendship that led us into NATO's War in Libya. The context was a NATO meeting in 2009:
"France and the U.S. have been uneasy allies for most of the past century. As a result, their friendship has never reached its true potential. Sarkozy has taken important steps to turn that around. It is now up to Obama to respond by giving Europe the attention it deserves"
"Mrs. Obama presented Mrs. Bruni-Sarkozy with the Gibson guitar on Saturday August 30th before the first ladies visited the Cathedral de Norte Dame de Strasbourg, along with the rest of the NATO Summit spouses."
Ron Paul, the substance candidate, could obviously consolidate his gentlemanly reputation, shame his interventionist ennemies and stand up for freedom loving guitar players, buyers and sellers.

Peter Schiff, a strong Ron Paul supporter interviewed Gibson Guitar CEO Henry Justiawitz yesterday.
A must watch video for all Ron Paul supporters in which Gibson explains the situation as artistsforRP wrote August 26st:
"The spokesperson of Gibson Guitar Corp should be a Ron Paul supporter. He mentions the constitution and calling congress - though concern folks may have because they might get shot. He has defied the armed agents orders to shut down. He has his workers continuing manufacture at risk of being busted - this guy rocks ... You have to listen to the q&a which is the bulk of this video. Good stuff."
According to Gibson Guitar Michelle Obama is in real trouble:
