Jordi Palau's Response to Paul Kagame's speech on 1 September 2011
On september 5th Jordi Palau, a lawyer who has represented Rwandan, Congolese and Spanish victims of crimes against humanity before the Spanish courts, wrote a response to Paul Kagame's speech on the opening of the judicial year.
